Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Vachag. A parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and approve every purchase.
Free tier
Journeys 1–3, Count and Give, their narration and guides, and unlimited replay are available without purchase. Vachag does not guarantee that every future feature will be included in the free tier.
Vachag Plus
Vachag Plus unlocks all included journeys while the subscription is active. Google Play offers monthly and annual subscriptions. The grown-ups area and Google Play purchase sheet show the local price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed recurring price until canceled. Cancel in Google Play before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Access normally continues until the paid period ends; refunds and other adjustments follow Google Play’s applicable rules. A requested switch between monthly and annual takes effect at the next renewal, as confirmed by Google Play.
Restoration, devices and profiles
Use Restore purchases with the Google Play account that bought Vachag Plus. The subscription can provide access to local profiles on your devices using that account. Google Play Family Library does not share in-app subscriptions with other family accounts, and an Apple subscription does not automatically transfer to Google Play. Verification requires an internet connection; previously verified access works offline until its recorded expiry. Deleting a profile, clearing app data or uninstalling Vachag does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
Complimentary access codes
A valid complimentary code unlocks the included Plus journeys without creating a subscription or charge. Codes are separate from Google Play purchases and may be revoked. Verification requires internet access; complimentary access works offline for up to seven days after successful verification. Reconnect to refresh it. You may need to enter the code again after reinstalling or clearing app data. Redeeming or removing a code does not cancel, refund or change an existing Google Play subscription. Restore purchases restores Google Play purchases, not complimentary codes.
Educational use and availability
Vachag is an educational play experience, not a diagnostic, medical, or professional educational service. It does not promise a particular learning outcome. Features may change to improve safety, accessibility, compatibility, or curriculum quality.
Responsible use
Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse Vachag or its content except where applicable law permits. Intellectual-property rights in Vachag and its original content remain with Pouya Khansaryan or the applicable rights holder.
Google Play terms
When Vachag is distributed through Google Play, Google Play’s applicable terms also govern the download and use of Google Play services. Applicable mandatory law controls in the event of a conflict.
Changes
These Terms may be updated when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, presented in the grown-ups area. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
