Terms of Use
Effective August 1, 2026
These Terms govern use of Vachag. A parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and approve every purchase.
Free tier
Journeys 1–3, Count and Give, their narration and guides, and unlimited replay are available without purchase. Vachag does not guarantee that every future feature will be included in the free tier.
Vachag Plus
Monthly and annual Vachag Plus subscriptions unlock the current paid catalog and new paid journeys or collections added while the subscription is active. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the paid period ends.
Billing, restoration, and family access
Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, purchase approval, restoration, and Family Sharing when enabled for the product and family. Deleting Vachag does not cancel a subscription. Apple determines eligibility for refunds and shared access under its terms and account settings.
Educational use and availability
Vachag is an educational play experience, not a diagnostic, medical, or professional educational service. It does not promise a particular learning outcome. Features may change to improve safety, accessibility, compatibility, or curriculum quality.
Responsible use
Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse Vachag or its content except where applicable law permits. Intellectual-property rights in Vachag and its original content remain with Pouya Khansaryan or the applicable rights holder.
Apple terms
Apple’s standard End User License Agreement and App Store terms also apply to downloads, purchases, subscriptions, and use of Vachag through Apple services. If these Terms conflict with a mandatory Apple term or applicable law, that mandatory term controls.
Changes
These Terms may be updated when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, presented in the grown-ups area. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
