Lucky Invoice Terms of Use

By using Lucky Invoice, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. Eligibility and account
You must meet the applicable minimum age to use the app. Lucky Invoice does not require an app account. Purchases and optional iCloud sync use your Apple Account.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lucky Invoice for personal or business purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law.
3. Your documents and responsibilities
You control the information you enter and share, including customer details, line items, prices, taxes, signatures and payments. You are responsible for accuracy and legality, permissions to use other people’s data, and checking that your documents meet applicable tax, accounting and business requirements. Verify calculations and keep the records and backups you need.
4. Payments, deposits and receipts
Payment features record money you have already received. Lucky Invoice does not charge customers, transfer funds or issue refunds. A correction retains the earlier entry in payment history; a receipt reflects the app’s record and is not independent confirmation from a bank or payment provider. Optional Venmo or PayPal links lead to third-party services under their terms. Update all synced devices before using newer payment features.
5. Pro purchases and subscriptions
Pro offers may include monthly or yearly subscriptions and a one-time purchase, as shown on the purchase screen. Apple presents the price, duration and conditions before confirmation and processes payment through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled; manage renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancel a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests under its policies and your applicable rights.
6. Free plan and Pro features
The free plan has usage limits shown in the app. Pro may include unlimited documents, additional PDF templates, customization, branding removal, custom fields, CSV export and iCloud sync. Available features depend on the version, device and purchased offer. Lucky Invoice does not automatically generate recurring invoices. We may change features, limits or prices; if a change materially affects paid users, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
7. Sync and backup
Optional sync requires Pro, enabling it in the app and using the same Apple Account. It depends on iCloud, network connectivity and device settings. Delays or conflicts can occur. Maintain access to your account, use compatible versions across devices and keep copies of important documents.
8. Privacy and third-party services
The Privacy Policy explains local storage, iCloud, purchases, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase crash/performance diagnostics and related technical services. Apple, Google, payment providers and export destinations operate under their own terms and policies. These terms do not replace any consent or permission required by law.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with its operation or try to bypass its security. Do not reverse engineer or decompile it except where permitted by law.
10. Availability and advice
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Lucky Invoice does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. Its calculations, templates and PDFs are tools you should verify for your situation. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of the app. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the app’s paid features in the preceding 12 months, or USD 10 if you have paid nothing, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Subscriptions must be canceled through Apple; uninstalling or no longer using the app does not cancel them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice. The current version is available on pouyaapps.com.
