Privacy Policy

Vachag is designed for young children and is private by default. This policy applies only to Vachag and explains the app’s practices.
Information Vachag does not collect
Vachag does not create child accounts or collect names, birthdays, contact information, advertising identifiers, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, gameplay analytics, or learning data. Vachag contains no advertising or third-party tracking.
Information stored on the device
Anonymous profile choices, adult settings, completed journeys, and learning attempts are stored only on the device. An adult can erase a local profile and its learning data from the grown-ups area. App data is excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer.
Purchases and verification
Google Play handles payment details. To purchase, restore, or refresh Vachag Plus access, the app sends a Google Play purchase token and a Play Integrity proof to our verification service on Google Cloud in the United States. These are used to check the purchased plan, payment status, expiry, app authenticity and Play license, and to acknowledge purchases. They are not linked to a child profile or learning history. Google processes app, license and device security information when providing Play Integrity.
Purchase information and retention
Our verifier does not maintain a purchase-token database or log request bodies, purchase tokens or Integrity proofs. Google Play subscription notifications may wait in Google Cloud Pub/Sub for up to one day before delivery or expiry. Google Cloud keeps technical request logs, which may include IP addresses, request times and response status, for 30 days. Google may retain payment and security information under its own policies. For Google Play purchases, the app stores only the verified plan and its verification and expiry times locally to support offline access; Google Play manages its own local purchase records.
Complimentary access codes
If an adult enters a complimentary access code, the app sends that code over an encrypted connection to our verification service on Google Cloud in the United States. The service checks the code and returns access and expiry times. It does not receive child profiles or gameplay data, store submitted codes in a database, or log request bodies. The server stores only approved code hashes. The app stores the code and access times encrypted on this device, excluded from backups, and sends the saved code again when refreshing access. You can remove it using Remove complimentary access in Grown-ups. The technical request-log retention described above also applies.
Children and sharing
Vachag does not send a child’s learning activity to Pouya Apps, advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties. Please do not send a child’s personal information when contacting support.
Changes
This policy may be updated when Vachag or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and presented in the grown-ups area when appropriate.
